The problem

Travel content needs regular preparation and publishing. A website becomes more useful to an agency when its content workflow can be managed alongside the rest of the business work.

What I built

JP Tours is a WordPress travel website supported by automated publishing workflows and remote content management. It presents travel in Japan through a customer-facing web experience.

The work combines the public website with the workflow around keeping travel material available and current. The gallery shows the actual public launch page. It is labeled as a launch-page capture rather than a screenshot of an authenticated booking application.

Engineering focus

WordPress, PHP and TypeScript are part of the technology set supplied for this project.

This project reflects the same approach I use for larger applications: consider what users see and how the organization maintains it. The website and its surrounding automation are parts of one operational solution.
