VisaBreeze: Plugins & AI Automation

A visa-services platform with its own application layer

VisaBreeze brings visa information, interactive preparation tools, AI assistance, and publishing workflows into one WordPress application for Thai travelers. I built custom plugins and automation around the service, connecting the public experience with the ongoing work of researching, preparing, and maintaining useful content.

The engineering spans frontend design, PHP plugin development, AI integration, content operations, and workflow automation. Each capability has a specific role in helping visitors find relevant information and helping the business maintain the service.

Custom plugins built around the product

VisaBreeze Design provides the visual system: destination navigation, mega-menus, mobile navigation, reusable page sections, magazine layouts, and consistent form presentation. It extends the existing WordPress and Elementor content rather than requiring every page to be rebuilt.

VisaBreeze Tools provides twelve interactive calculators and checklists. The collection covers Schengen day counting, visa costs, document preparation, travel eligibility, funds estimates, application timing, consulate selection, photo checks, refusal self-assessment, passport validity, trip budgeting, and application readiness. Some tools offer optional AI-assisted review; the photo checker processes images locally in the visitor's browser.

VisaBreeze Chat adds a floating AI assistant that can search the site's content when answering visitor questions. Its knowledge retrieval connects the conversation to the information the business publishes, with a mobile experience adapted to the on-screen keyboard.

VisaBreeze News provides a dedicated news hub, destination and topic filtering, article layouts, feeds, and structured news metadata. It organizes updates about visa rules, fees, appointments, documents, and embassy notices into a browsable section.

Supporting WordPress extensions handle branding, redirects, email delivery, caching, and content optimization.

Automation across the content lifecycle

The n8n workflows cover several connected areas of the business:

Research and planning: bilingual keyword research, SEO analysis, and analytics reporting help identify content priorities.
Content preparation: AI-assisted workflows prepare articles and page improvements, working with existing site content and research sources.
News operations: embassy-news collection and publishing workflows connect source discovery with the site's news section.
Quality and discovery: page checks, redirect verification, batch optimization, and search-index submission support content maintenance.
Visitor assistance: the chat workflow connects the website assistant with content retrieval and AI responses.

MCP integration supports working with the automation system. Together, the plugins and workflows give the application a maintainable process for creating, presenting, and improving information.

My contribution

I built the custom application capabilities and the automation surrounding them, from the branded visitor experience to the tools, chat integration, news publishing, and operational workflows. The work combines product design with implementation across WordPress and external services.
